About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Liaison / Estimator to deliver a business-critical service that consistently exceeds customer expectations. You’ll be responsible for providing accurate, timely estimates and stockholding information, working closely with the sales team and our customers to ensure a smooth, responsive service.

Key Responsibilities 
-Accurately process all sales order information received and input it into the Sales Order System.
-Provide accurate and timely information to customers and internal teams on orders, pricing, specifications, stock levels and delivery schedules to support effective operational decision making.
-Process daily delivery notes and keep all associated records accurate and up to date.
-Maintain continuous, up‑to‑date stock information using delivery notes and production copies.
-Produce aged stock reports for Account Managers.
-Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments to support an efficient and seamless customer experience.
-Record and update new customer leads and enquiries on the CRM system.
-Work closely with Account Managers to ensure consistent support and account coverage.
-Take part in account reviews and customer meetings as required.
-Supply accurate stock holding information to customers and arrange call‑off schedules in conjunction with account managers.
-Communicate delivery and collection arrangements to customer sites in a timely manner.
-Serve as the main contact for stock enquiries and transport issues.
-Confirm pricing, order quantities, lead times and delivery dates based on customer needs and historical usage patterns.
-Produce customer price lists and specification documents as required.
-Record and raise artwork and stereo charges in conjunction with account managers.
-Create and maintain order trackers for relevant accounts to ensure visibility of order status.
-Issue lead times for order placement and communicate them effectively to customers and Account Managers.

Qualifications and Experience Required
-Experience in a customer service, sales support, estimating or order‑processing role.
-Strong communication, organisational and relationship‑building skills.
-Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
-Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and business systems (e.g., CRM, order processing).
-Ability to work effectively with other departments.
-Experience within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
-Experience producing estimates, pricing documents or stock reports.
-Understanding of artwork/stereo processes or print‑related documentation.

Hours of Work: 8:30:am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
The pay range is subject to experience and open to negotiation.
